This hotel cost around 850 to 1150 PHP for a double room with Agoda at the time of the review. The walk-in price is 995 with no breakfast and 1095 with a small breakfast at the time of this review.

No fridge and no water heater in the room. The rooms have a safe.
The Internet here usually works decently well. Some rooms have a bit weak signal, but most do okay. In the lobby, there will always be a good signal. Speed is reasonable.
TV has local, international, and kids' channels. Decent selection.
The aircon is not too noisy and gives enough cooling for the room.
The bed is a bit hard for me and my bad back.
The water pressure is just ok. It seems there is no hot water in the shower for some of the rooms. It could also be that they all have hot showers, which sometimes do not work. On this trip, we did not get hot water; on others, we had it.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Room cleaning on request.
They have a small dining area, but I think it is closed for service other than coffee as of now. It will probably open up soon since the world is opening up again. UPDATE: The small restaurant now serves breakfast for a small add-on fee. Philippine-style breakfast with coffee.
For those who are smokers, they have a designated smoking area outside.
This hotel is located within walking distance from Mango, Cebu City. This is a place where many tourists like to go for parties. If you are in the City to have some fun nights and maybe enjoy some good meals in the daytime, Dynasty is a good choice.
If you need a place to work from, the internet is usually good enough to run your business from the hotel while staying there, depending on the room you are assigned.
