Average rates at this hotel are about 1500 PHP for the cheapest room for two adults and up. A deluxe room type like we had on this trip is about 1800 PHP if I remember correctly. You can often find better deals on Agoda for this hotel. We usually pay around 1200-1300 PHP for a standard room via Agoda and 1400-1500 for a Deluxe room. The good deals with Agoda might change, but it is the price when this review is written.
All rooms have a safe. The rooms do not have a fridge or water heater, but free water is in the hallway. Both cold and warm water are available free of charge.
Their internet has always been fast and reliable.
TV with local channels, international channels, and kids' channels. Most movie channels are not included.
Old model aircon but not too noisy and works well.
The beds are good. My bad back has no problem in this hotel.
Good enough water pressure for showering. The shower has warm water.
A two-star hotel with the service and smiles that comes with a four-star hotel. Very professional, kind, and just all-around great staff. They are one of the main reasons we like this place so much.
Room service on request. They do a good job when you need them and always bring a smile to brighten your day.

They have a restaurant with reasonable prices and room service. Breakfast is included in the price and is as shown in the video.
This is not a place you go for vacation unless you are in the City to do some shopping and exploring, and all you need is a decent room with breakfast. Jessa and I usually come here when we have things to do in the City because it offers clean rooms, good internet, a small but good breakfast, and parking. All for a reasonable price.
It is located next to a 7/11, is a two-minute walk to Robinsons Galleria (a nice mall), and is a 10-minute walk from SM City, Cebu. Not the best hotel for relaxing and not the best location for those who want to party, but if you are here for business or have a bunch of small errands, it offers you everything you need.
