SIMPLE SARDINES RECIPE

my very own sauteed sardines

recipes:
sardines
tomatoes
onion garlic
pepper
oyster sauce
Pechay

1. Chop the vegetables ( tomato, onion garlic and pechay ) that will be added to the sardines
2. Saute onion garlic tomato. Mix mix
3. Put the sardines and mix with the onions. Put some pepper
4. And add additional water. taste and if you still lack the taste you can add salt or fish sauce.
5. add pechay vegetable and just wait for it to cook
6 can be served with hot rice

it's delicious when you're hungry haha. We're used to feeling like we don't have money when the dish is sardines, but actually it's really delicious. I like it more as a dish than meat.

This is my dish for today sardines with calamansi as its Holy Week and meat is prohibited hehe . We need to remember the suffering of God. We should even be grateful that we havent experienced the same hardships as Jesus did
