I'd like to share a bit about how I go grocery shopping at the nearby wet market. When it comes to picking fresh meat and veggies, I've got a routine. First off, I head to the market around 4 a.m., especially if I'm not working that day. Now, when it comes to selecting fresh meat, I have a few tips. I know most of you know this but i want to details it for those who dont know yet. First you must check the colour of the meat fresh meat should have a pink or red color you should avoid meat that have color gray or brown. Try to smell it fresh meat should have a neutral odor or a slight metallic smell. If it has a strong, unpleasant odor, it may be spoiled. About the Texture Fresh meat should feel moist and firm to the touch. If its feels slimy or sticky its not good..
