Knock on wood

Knock on wood when saying bad things about someone so your words don't come true.

I dont know but I do this when I say something bad. Especially when I have a bad dream to tell others.

I knock on wood first. Its my little ritual to avoid bad things happen.
I feel more comfortable and calm when I do this with a lot of prayers
is it just me? Or many Filipino do this
I seem to have inherited it from those who are older than me. I think this is also one of the habits of Filipinos or one of the superstitions beliefs of a Filipino

Im also doing this haha up until now. I think this kind of beliefs will pass to my kids because they are seeing me do this haha
