Ihaw ihaw street food

One of the best street foods that you can see here in the Philippines is "Ihaw Ihaw" They cooked everything by grilling they are using charcoal.
Very affordable when i dont have time to cook this is what we eat. 
In other places they are offering the Only typical barbecue the pork butt (kasim)

Here in my area, they have grilled pork, chicken and fish.
Chicken feet and Ear (tenga is my favorite one) Pig and chicken intestine (Isaw) Pork blood (dugo) Hotdogs, Fish like bangus and telapia and relyenong bangus. 

I believe that they marinated it overnight but i dont know what ingredients they are using specially on their dippin sauce (sawsawan)

Some of my foreigners friends loves to eat in here, In my area the vendors will open at 6pm. They loved to eat it when having beer or any alcohol of their choice. (pulutan)
