Sari sari store and Sachet Product in the Philippines

[justify]If you were here in the Philippines, you would notice that every barangay has a small store, commonly known as a Sari-Sari store, not just one, two, or three stores; sometimes, they're even situated side by side. The Philippines is also known for its widespread use of sachet products like shampoo, toothpaste, laundry detergent, and various other items.

This has become part of the culture and practicality here, helping people with limited budgets. Some say they save money by using sachets, while others argue that it just adds to the world's waste problem due to the abundance of plastic. I don't know which side to take, but it's really become a norm here in the Philippines.

And I agree that theres really a lot of stores here in the Philippines. When you step out of the house there are already plenty especially in the neighborhoods or those houses that are close together
But for me I tend to spend more when we dont do bulk grocery shopping because theres usually an added cost or markup when buying from stores
