Atsara papaya

Atsara papaya is the Filipino version of pickled green papaya. This dish is a favorite side, especially with fried food. It's always on my grocery list because it's my husband's favorite. It has a delicious sweet and sour taste, with added carrots. Whenever we visit the province, my aunt, who is also our neighbor, loves making it. Its super tasty and delicious and her atsara always last long. So whenever we eat there, atsara is always present, and it's also a present in every celebrations in the province like fiesta birthday and weddings this dish is perfect to balance the meal  Filipino meal is truly perfect for me ❤️

Wow atchara my mother in law  know how to make that and its very delicious. We have a lot of papaya plants here. I remember when my husband and I got married, that was one of our giveaways because our relatives loved my mother in law homemade atchara. So she made some jars like that to give to some of our relatives
