Filipino nurse who provided first aid to a victim in Ireland

Filipinos are naturally helpful, so it's not surprising that we can take this attitude to other countries.
Ireland admires one of our fellow countrymen, nurse Leo Ralph Villamayor.
This happened when he was on his way to his graduation place. When he saw a ramble on the road. When a young girl collapsed in front of him, Villamayor said this prompted him to immediately provide basic life support, introducing himself as a nurse first to erase doubts on his skills.
