Problem about boil (PIGSA)

Hey guys I need some tips on how to deal with boils. Whats your go to remedy to make them disappear fast and keep them from coming back? Im in a bit of pain here and really need your advice

put gumamela or ask stores near you if they have koyo its a patch for pigsa. 
hot compress it and go to mercury drugs ask if they can give you antibiotics for that

Before i use gumamela to my sons boil take med or go to the doctor they give you a perfect medicine for that
You also need to clean properly all your clothes while you have boil, because its a bacteria it might spread to your body.

My boil is ok now , it heal but it leaves a circle mark and i feel the small bump in my back but the doctor said no need to worry about it
