I just want to share with you the breakfast my husband prepared for me this morning since hes off today. He knows that I love chicken feet, so he went to the market early to buy some fresh ones. He simply sauteed it like adobo style and added raw bell peppers just for the side dish .
I might have mentioned before in this forum that chicken feet have many benefits, a very high collagen content, which is great for our bodies, especially for those of us in our twenties and beyond.
